My battery was clearly needing to be replaced. I called around to 5 different places and Alpine by far gave the best customer service over the phone and they were able to get me in right away.

Before my appointment I had to get my car jumped so I could go in and upon arrival I explained the problem to Dylan. He popped my hood and rushed my car into the shop because the battery was melting.

Not only did they go above an beyond initially they provided 5-star service throughout the process and I'd highly recommend them.

I had some work done on my vehicles at Alpine several years ago at the Orchard’s location and was always completely happy with the work. I was exited to see they are back at a new location and after a recent fender bender, I decided to try them again. I wasn’t disappointed . I received the same outstanding service and my truck looked perfect. I learned Alpine has added auto repair to their services. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my truck there for general repairs.

Very thorough in reviewing with me the condition of the vehicle’s radiator and cooling system. The radiator was replaced and thermostat as well. I was curious as to what the leak evidence looked like and was shown the removed radiator. The cars system is working well with no sign of leaks.

Dylan was extremely helpful! I was going to have to wait over a week for another company to look at my problem & he dropped everything he was doing to make sure I got the help ASAP.
